All of the Board Members will be attending remotely on GTW and any Co-Owner wishing to attend in person must do so at the law offices of the Board's Counsel, May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, P.C., at 1850 North Central Avenue, Suite 1600, Phoenix, AZ.
