8/21 - Continuation of the August 11th Board Meeting

This meeting is a a continuation of the August 11th Board Meeting. This meeting will include more information on the Sun Deck project so that the Board may discuss and vote on its inclusion in the 2026 Annual Meeting Packet and Ballot, as well as discuss and vote on a proposed addendum to the 2012 Communications Committee Enabling document. This meeting will be followed by an Executive Session of the board to discuss any legal and personnel matters. Executive Sessions are reserved for the Directors and Counsel to discuss legal and personnel matters and are not open to Co-Owners.
